Henry C. (Peter) Beck
III
Managing Director – The Beck Group
Henry C. (Peter) Beck III has been
associated with Beck and its affiliates since 1978. During this
period, he has held various positions within the firm, and since
1991, has served as Managing Director. The Beck Group is an integrated
builder offering project finance, design, construction and development
services through nine offices across the United States and Mexico.
The firm completed transactions in excess of $780 million in 2006.
Among other distinctions, The Beck Group has been recognized as
one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” by Fortune
Magazine. Beck’s mission is to integrate the building disciplines,
through unique processes and technologies, resulting in order
of magnitude improvements in design, cost and schedule.

| Peter
serves on the Board of the Greater Dallas Chamber, which he formerly
chaired in 2001. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of
the Southwestern Medical Foundation, The Dallas Foundation, Dallas
Citizens Council, Design Futures Council, Stanford GSB Management
Board and chairs the Civil and Environmental Engineering Advisory
Council at Princeton University. He has formerly served on the Texas
Parks & Wildlife Commission, and the Stanford Business School
Trust.
Peter received his Bachelor of Science
in Civil Engineering from Princeton University in 1977 and his MBA
from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1981. He and his
wife, Nancy, have two children, ages 14 and 16, and live in Dallas,
Texas.
