Mr. Lutz joined Liberty's predecessor, Rouse & Associates, in
1980 as a director of development. In 1988, he was asked to start
Liberty's United Kingdom office in Kent County to develop a 650-acre
mixed-use office, residential and recreational park. Returning to
Home office in 1993, he went on to oversee many significant developments
including the Eastman-Kodak pharmaceutical operation, General Electric's
Semi-Conductor manufacturing facility, GMAC's Corporate Headquarters,
SmithKline's U.S. Pharmaceutical Headquarters, PNC Bank's Philadelphia
Operation Center and 1,000,000sf of offices for the Vanguard Group.
Prior to joining Liberty, he worked in development with the Heritage
Company.
Mr. Lutz is on
the Board of Directors and is a founding member of the Delaware
Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC). He earned a Bachelor's of
Science in Business from the University of Rhode Island.
