Dennis E. Feidner

Born in New York and attended C.W. Post College where he received a B.S. Degree in Accounting. Relocated to Dallas and worked with a large heavy highway contractor holding the positions of Accounting Manager, Controller and Vice President of Finance. Relocated to California and held several different Chief Financial Officer positions for mid to large construction companies with revenues between $25-150 million annually.

In 2001, Dennis formed a company “Chief Financial Officer on the go, co.” to serve the small to mid-size contractor. These firms were in need of financial guidance and needed help in selecting and implementing software solutions when their “off the shelf “software failed to deliver timely and accurate information. CFO on the go now has seven employees; most have held the role of CFO or Controller in a construction company.
